TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

1. Booking conditions
To make the reservation you must fill in the pre-reservation form or send an email to info@villavadell.com. As soon as possible you will be informed of the dates which you have available and the account number where you can make the payment.
For the confirmation of reservations, 30% of the total stay must be paid by Bank transfer. This payment must be made within a period not exceeding 48h after the availability of the accommodation is confirmed, otherwise the pre-reservation will be canceled. Verified the payment of the reservation we will be sent confirmation to the guest by e-mail.
The remaining amount of the stay must be paid by bank transfer at least 5 days before the scheduled entry or in cash at the time of the delivery of keys. We remind you that you need to provide us with a photocopy of your identification document or passport of each of the guests staying in the villa.

2. Conditions for canceling confirmed reservations
If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival we will proceed to the refund of the reservation paid except for a penalty of sixty euros (€ 60.00).
If canceled between 15 and 29 days before the arrival date only 50% of the reservation will be refunded.
If canceled less than 14 days before the arrival date there is no refund.


3. Arrival at the house
Upon arrival, we will show you the accommodation to verify that everything is correct, you will be informed of the rules and conditions of the house and proceed to the signature of the contract, whereby it gives its agreement on the state of the estate leased as well as all the furniture and appliances that are delivered with it. It is the guest responsibility to return the property and all the furniture and appliances in perfect condition.
In case of not having made the full payment of the reservation by bank transfer prior to arrival, at the time of the delivery of keys, it must be paid the remaining amount pending. 
What happens if on arrival the house is not your conformity?
Each specific case will be addressed, and if the owner does not consider the
claim made by the client, the guest may choose to stay in the accommodation reserved or waive the reservation according to the cancellation policy indicated in section 2.

4. Entry and exit times
The keys delivery of the accommodation is between 4:00 p.m. and the 9:00 p.m. If the client has paid the entire stay, a code will be given to access a key box in which the accommodation keys will be found.
The departure must be made before 10:00 a.m.
For any delivery or return of keys outside these hours, it must be agreed with the property.

5. Departure from the house
The client agrees to leave the house on the date indicated as completion of the reservation and at the time established in the previous section. In case of not leaving the house or not handing over the keys, for each day of delay that exists in the abandonment of the house, it will be penalized with triple the amount paid per day during the stay, not withstanding the costs, expenses and other amounts that may be derived from the recovery of the housing, including minutes of attorneys, even if their intervention is not necessary.

6. Observations
- The house will be delivered with all kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels bathroom, as well as other basic elements to cover the stay holiday.
- There is a free cot and high chair for children under 2 years of age.
- Water, electricity and heating consumption are included in the total price of the stay, therefore it is not allowed to use devices that alter the planned consumption of supplies. To conserve the environment, we ask that the rational use of water, light and heating be made.
- It is prohibited the introduction of furniture, sound equipment or other equipment, or the realization of works of any kind.
- The use of the house is not allowed for any activity other than agreed.
- The number of people staying in the house cannot in any case can be higher than agreed upon at the time of booking.
- The Property is not responsible for personal and/or valuables, or of vehicles owned by the client, which can be found in the house during the contracted stay, nor is responsible for the loss, disappearance or theft of them.
- You cannot smoke inside the house. In case of smoking outside the client is responsible for not throwing cigarette butts on the ground and watching that there is no fire in the garden areas or its surroundings, especially in the summer months.
- The maintenance of the garden areas is carried out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 07:00 a.m., so the client authorizes the entry of personnel authorized by the property in order to perform the cleaning and maintenance of the exterior.
- The tranquility and silence must be respected, especially in the hours of rest (23:00 h. to 08:00 h).
- The use of any type of pyrotechnics is prohibited.

FIRE USE:
By Decree 125/2007, of October 5, by which the use of fire and the exercise of certain activities liable to increase the risk of forest fire is regulated. Fire is not allowed between May 1 and October 15. The rest of the year fire is only allowed by charcoal in the barbecue prepared for it, being the client's responsibility to monitor at all time that there is no damage and make sure that, after cooking the embers are completely extinguished.
We also inform customers that the use of candles (aromatic, mosquito or any type) will always be the guest's sole responsibility, taking into account what mentioned in the previous paragraph regarding the use of fire.

POOL:
. The use of swimming pool is exclusively the responsibility of the client. There is no service of lifeguard, so the customer must ensure the security at all times of all the occupants of the accommodation, especially minors, during the desired stay.
. It is recommended not to dive head first and use the ladder to enter and exit the pool.
. It is mandatory to shower before bathing.
. The entrance to the pool is prohibited in case of dermal problems.
. It is not allowed to eat or drink inside the pool.
. It is not allowed to introduce glass objects or water balloons in the pool, or the introduction of any object susceptible to cause damage to the pool's water purification system.

ANIMALS:
. Animals are not allowed to enter the exterior, unless expressly authorized by the property.
. Animals under no circumstances may enter the house and the pool.

CELEBRATION OF PARTIES:
. If you want to celebrate a bachelor party or any other type of party, you must request it to the Property.
. It is not allowed under any circumstances the entry of people from the outside except express authorization from the owners.
