About us

Our family business has a long experience in the holiday turistic housing. The villa was inaugurated in 1989 by Monserrate Martorell and Catalina Cánaves. In 2002, the management was transferred to their son Joan Josep. We are very proud to provide total satisfaction to each and everyone of our guests.

Know the owners and managers

Monserrate and Catalina in the center of the image are still the owners.

Joan Josep with his wife Margalida, at the sides of the image, took over the family business with 32 years of age; right after his father, Monserrate, made the decision to offer it to his children. From an early age, Joan began to get involved with the functioning of the villa, but it was not until 2002, after obtaining the ownership, when he officially began to manage the villla, which gave the villa fresh air.

Nowadays, Joan and Margalida's sons give a modern touch to the villa.
